Job Summary
Behavior Technician providing ABA-based interventions under supervision of a BCBA. Tasks include implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collecting and recording data during therapy sessions, monitoring progress toward treatment goals, reinforcing positive behaviors, and communicating with clients, parents, caregivers, and the BCBA. Part-time caseload (~20 hours/week, with potential to increase) with training and certification assistance. Location: Chicago, IL (remote options available).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children (childcare, education, or similar fields)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- RBT Certification Assistance through Road to Register Program
