Job Summary
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans one-on-one with children, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Utilize evidence-based techniques to support children with autism, even with comprehensive training provided for those without prior experience. Maintain patience and compassion while working in a team environment to help children reach their full potential.
Required Qualifications
- Passionate about helping children with autism
- Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team
- 18+ years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven't had one in the last year)
- Ability to pass a pre employment background check
