Job Summary

Use evidence-based techniques to support clients who may be unpredictable, requiring comfort with physical tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, and carrying objects. Maintain patience and compassion in a team environment, with comprehensive training provided for those without prior experience. Earn between $16 and $19 per hour, with pay increasing based on experience and certification. Required Qualifications
- Passionate about helping children with autism
- Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team
- 18+ years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven't had one in the last year)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
