Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, using play to build communication, confidence, and independence. Track progress and follow personalized treatment plans while collaborating with a supportive team. Create positive, lasting change for children and families through daily diagnostic imaging coverage including continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness to ensure a safe environment. This role requires the ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds and frequently change physical positions including walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, crouching, crawling, and occasionally running. Earn up to $17 per hour with paid training and promotion opportunities in as little as 3 months. WEAP is part of LEARN Behavioral, a network of ABA providers committed to nurturing the unique potential of children with autism and special needs nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to move quickly in response to client needs
- Ability to frequently change physical positions throughout the day, including walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, crouching, crawling, and occasionally running
- Ability to maintain continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness of clients
