Job Summary
Implement one-on-one behavioral treatment plans in client homes alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes, while supporting BCBA in training families on individualized strategies. Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors, responding promptly to client and family needs. Physically engage with children ages 2–15, requiring activities such as standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, running, and squatting throughout sessions. Complete any additional tasks outlined by BCBA or LBA. This role offers paid training, flexible part-time or evening hours, and competitive pay ranging from $23 to $28 per hour. Proud Moments ABA provides a team-oriented environment dedicated to providing gold-standard Applied Behavior Analysis services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
