Job Summary
Implement one-on-one behavioral plans with clients in their homes while collecting data to monitor treatment progress. Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts by training families on individualized strategies and maintaining clear communication with supervisors and parents. Physically engage with children ranging from 2 to 15 years old, requiring activities such as standing, lifting 25+ pounds, and keeping pace during sessions. Work Monday through Friday from 4pm to 6pm in a home-based setting, with paid training provided for new hires.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children
- Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs
- Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
