Job Summary
Implement one-on-one behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts in client homes while collecting data to monitor treatment progress. Support BCBA with training families on individualized treatment plans and maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors. Physically keep pace with children ages 2-15, requiring activities such as standing, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, and running. Work Monday-Friday from 3:00-6:00 with competitive compensation of $24-30. Comprehensive training is provided for those with a passion for working with children on the autism spectrum.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children
- Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs
- Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
