Job Summary
Implement one-on-one behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts for children with autism in a center-based setting. Collect data to monitor treatment progress and report outcomes while supporting BCBA staff in training families on individualized strategies. Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors while physically engaging with children aged 2–15, including standing, lifting, and running to keep pace during sessions. Perform any additional tasks outlined by BCBA or LBA. Paid training provided to ensure confidence in executing treatment plans. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $23 to $28.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
