Behavior Technician, willing to train

Job Summary
Implement one-on-one behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts to support children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Collect data to monitor treatment progress and report findings while maintaining clear communication with families, supervisors, and the BCBA. Assist in training families on individualized treatment plans and remain physically active throughout sessions, including standing, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and keeping pace with children aged 2 to 15 years. Perform any additional tasks outlined by the BCBA or LBA. Paid training is provided to ensure confidence in executing treatment plans within our center-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children
- Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs
- Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
