Job Summary
Implement one-on-one behavioral plans in clients' homes while collecting data to monitor treatment progress. Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts by training families on individualized strategies and responding promptly to client and family needs. Maintain clear communication with supervisors and document information accurately while physically keeping pace with children ages 2-15 through activities including standing, lifting, and running. Work Monday through Friday from 4pm to 6:15pm in a home-based setting, with paid training provided to execute treatment plans confidently.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children
- Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs
- Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
