Job Summary
Implement one-on-one behavioral plans for children with autism in their homes while collecting data to monitor treatment progress. Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts by training families on individualized treatment strategies and maintaining clear communication with clients, supervisors, and other parties. Perform physical activities including standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and keeping pace with children aged 2 to 15 years during sessions. Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while adhering to HIPAA confidentiality standards. Paid training provided to ensure confidence in executing treatment plans. Competitive compensation ranges from $19 to $27 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children
- Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs
- Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
