Job Summary
Implement one-on-one behavioral plans in client homes while collecting data to monitor treatment progress and report outcomes. Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts by training families on individualized treatment strategies and maintaining clear communication with clients, supervisors, and other parties. Physically engage with children aged 2–15 years, including standing, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and keeping pace during active sessions. Work Tuesday through Friday from 3:15 PM to 7 PM in a home-based setting, adhering to HIPAA confidentiality and company policies. Comprehensive training is provided for those with a passion for working with children on the autism spectrum.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities
- Ability to work in an everchanging, fast paced environment
- Have a strong, reliable work ethic (your clients depend on you)
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with children and parents
- Fun, creative, and innovative ideas to engage your client
- A passion and love for working with children
- Must be able to lift 25+ pounds
- Must be able to stand, sit, bending, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keep pace with children from 2-15 years old
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children
- Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs
- Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
