Job Summary
Implement one-on-one behavioral plans in client homes while collecting data to monitor treatment progress. Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts by training families on individualized treatment strategies and responding to client and family needs. Maintain clear communication with supervisors and document information accurately while physically keeping pace with children ages 2-15, including standing, lifting 25+ pounds, and running. Work Monday through Wednesday from 2pm to 4pm in a fast-paced environment. Comprehensive training is provided for those with a passion for working with children on the autism spectrum.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children
- Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs
- Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
