Job Summary
Implement one-on-one behavioral plans in client homes alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Collect data to monitor treatment progress and support families in executing individualized plans. Maintain clear communication with supervisors and clients while physically managing sessions that require standing, lifting, and keeping pace with children ages 2-15. Work flexible part-time, evening, or afternoon shifts from 4-8 PM, Monday through Friday, earning $24-30. Comprehensive training is provided for those with no prior experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities
- Work schedule is Mondays-Fridays 4-8 PM
- Comp $24-30
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children
- Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs
- Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
