Job Summary
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA and provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home and/or community settings. Collect and accurately record data during sessions while maintaining timely, compliant documentation per HIPAA guidelines. Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to promote skill development, communication, and positive behaviors. Participate in ongoing training and supervision. Requires high school diploma, reliable transportation, and punctuality; RBT certification preferred. Flexible part-time scheduling available with competitive hourly compensation.
