Job Summary
Implements one-on-one behavioral services in home and community settings, using Applied Behavior Analysis to teach clients new skills. Maintains accurate and detailed data collection and service notes. Requires travel to client locations, with supervision and mentorship from GOALS supervisors and opportunities for RBT credential preparation. Offers in-house training, tuition reimbursement, 401K, and growth opportunities. Minimum education includes a high school diploma or equivalent; 2 years of college credit or an associate’s degree is preferred, with Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Must be over 18, able to commit to at least 10 hours per week, and able to pass a background check and obtain a negative TB test. COVID-19 vaccination status or exemption required.
