Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with special needs, implementing behavior plans designed by BCBAs and tailoring techniques to meet each client’s needs; track and share progress with data collection and clinical notes; participate in ongoing development and training designed to strengthen both our team and the ABA services we provide; flexible schedules with part-time and full-time options; competitive hourly rates ($20–$27/hour) with paid training and support from BCBAs as you earn your RBT certification; paid drive time and mileage between client sessions; cell phone stipend; incentives for referring new talent; equal employment opportunity policy; locations include Escondido, CA; vaccination and background checks required.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Be open to work at least 3 days weekdays for a 2 to 3 hour session between 3:00PM and 7:00PM
- Provide proof of MMR and TDap vaccination
- Take a TB Test & Live Scan background check
- Experience working with children and/or disabilities is desirable, but not required
