Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one in-home or community-based ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA; implement behavior plans, collect data on client progress, and support individuals with autism. Collaborate with BCBAs, other BTs, and parents/guardians; maintain detailed records and session notes; respond to client and family needs; ensure HIPAA confidentiality and effective communication with families and supervisors. Typical hours after school and on weekends; NY pay range available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of prior experience with children or related field
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work collaboratively with supervisors and clinical staff
- HIPAA confidentiality and privacy compliance
