Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans and recording session data using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and RBT certification before working; willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism. Positions start part-time with flexible hours; opportunities for professional advancement, training, and potential internship/fellowship hours.
