Behavior Technician

Provide direct care to clients by implementing behavior strategies using Applied Behavior Analysis to support skill development in communication, socialization, play, motor skills, self-help, and school readiness. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to create positive outcomes while maintaining accurate documentation of progress and plans. Work in home, school, or clinic settings with moderate noise levels, requiring comfort with individuals displaying a wide range of behaviors and physical demands including lifting and crawling. No experience required; paid training and mentorship provided with expert supervision from experienced BCBAs. Part-time (10–20 hours/week) in the San Fernando Valley with opportunities to grow to full-time.
