Job Summary
Behavior Technician role providing individual therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum under BCBA supervision. Implement Applied Behavior Analysis strategies to help meet each child’s goals; includes clinical support and training, and professional development opportunities. Requires an Associate’s degree in human services or related field (or equivalent credits) and experience with children with disabilities/developmental delays. Caseload is clustered throughout Connecticut, with flexible scheduling and a semi-monthly payroll. This position is with ABA Provider Services (TheraCare) and emphasizes equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in human services or related field or equivalent credits
- Experience with children with disabilities or developmental delays in ABA-related settings (e.g., Behavioral Therapist, RBT, Developmental Interventionist, Paraprofessional, Autism Services, Educational paraprofessional)
