Job Summary
Provide brief support implementation services (BSIS) in family homes, residential programs, personal supports programs, and day services; implement behavioral strategies face-to-face with individuals receiving services; train staff and caregivers by modeling behavioral interventions and support techniques; conduct observations, collect behavioral data, and complete clinical documentation; assist with crisis intervention services when assigned; work under the clinical supervision of a Behavioral Consultant while maintaining independence in daily responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field – REQUIRED
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in mental health or DDA programs – REQUIRED
- Experience with behavior plans and/or Applied Behavior Analysis preferred
- Ability to obtain RBT Certification; training provided for the right candidate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license for at least two (2) years
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screen, and physical/fitness test
- Ability to lift and transfer at least 50 pounds and implement physical intervention techniques when necessary
