Behavior Technician, School Services - Paid Training!

Job Summary
Provide 1:1 and small group ABA-based therapy to children with autism in a school setting under BCBA supervision. Implement behavior support plans, collect and report data on goals and interventions, and collaborate with school district staff. Start Part Time (8:30am-1pm M-F) with potential transition to Full Time in August; travel to Reading, Springfield, and Methacton School Districts is a plus. Requires High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor/Associate preferred), valid driver’s license, willingness to travel, and ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days. Responsibilities include implementing IEP/504-goal programs, behavior reduction strategies, data collection, and adherence to BACB Ethical Code and HIPAA practices. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor or Associate Degree in behavioral health, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field, preferred
- Valid driver license and ability to travel to various schools within assigned region
- Ability to acquire RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification within 45 days of hire date, with training provided by Surpass Behavioral Health
- Prior professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a multi-disciplinary team setting is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years of age
