Job Summary
Provide 1 on 1 ABA therapy sessions to children with autism in homes and schools under BCBA supervision. Implement individualized treatment plans, accurately collect and record behavioral data, and communicate client progress to supervising staff. Build positive relationships with clients and families while providing guidance to help generalize learned skills. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, driver's license, and relevant RBT experience. Full-time or part-time roles available in Muscatine, Iowa, with competitive hourly pay ranging from $18 to $22 and comprehensive benefits including dental, health, and paid time off.
