Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (Full-Time)

Direct implementation of child-specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs as written by the Behavior Analyst; provide behavioral interventions and skill acquisition programming for children, and collaborate with families to support goals. Participate in development of program plans, maintain and submit data, treatment notes, and progress updates. Engage in ongoing training and adhere to BACB ethical standards; willingness to become a Registered Behavior Technician within 6 months of hire (training and certification costs provided). Schedule is Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, on-site in Ames, IA. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
