Job Summary

Deliver 1:1 and group ABA interventions under BCBA supervision across homes, community settings, and outpatient offices. Support children in achieving developmental goals while collecting real-time data using digital tools and implementing treatment plans designed by BCBAs. Communicate progress to caregivers and collaborate with multidisciplinary providers including ST, OT, PT, and mental health professionals. Attend supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training to maintain competency. The role offers full-time eligibility at 30 hours/week with a sign-on bonus for credentialed RBTs. Supportive Community Innovations fosters an inclusive, evidence-based environment for individuals with Autism and developmental differences, providing paid RBT certification training and study support.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Must be willing to transport clients when needed
  • Must pass background checks and drug screening
  • Day and evening availability
  • Some weekends may be required

Desired Qualifications

  • Bilingual, especially Spanish-speaking
  • Experience in school settings or with crisis intervention
  • Experience with children or teens with developmental differences or challenging behaviors
  • Empathy, humility, and integrity
  • Strong time management and professional communication
  • Receptive to feedback and open to growth
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field
  • High energy and passion for helping others
