Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to clients in homes or community locations, implementing evidence-based interventions and care plans to support independence. Accurately record session data using electronic devices while fostering positive learning environments and connecting with families. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, providing skill-building support to children with autism. Positions are part-time with a required six-month commitment, offering same-day pay and paid training for candidates without prior certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification
- Willingness to make a 6-month commitment

- Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience in Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
