Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to clients in homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as a core member of the clinical team by executing skill-building care plans and recording session data accurately using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment while connecting with families, ensuring all work aligns with the six-month commitment required for part-time roles. No prior experience is needed, as paid training is provided to eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification
- Willingness to learn
- Passion for making a difference for children with Autism

- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Willingness to make a 6-month commitment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in education or early childhood development
- Experience in childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in after-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
