Job Summary
Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community. Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement. Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress. Complete comprehensive company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire. This role includes a base salary range of $21.88–$23.21 USD with a 20% differential for evening and Saturday sessions. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfort working with children
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check (Social Security and identity verification, reference checks, criminal history check, fingerprint screening)
- Completion of E-Verify
