Job Summary

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by implementing skill-building and care plans while recording session data accurately. Foster a positive learning environment for children with Autism and connect with families. Deliver these services in clients' homes or community-based locations as part of a robust clinical team. Positions are part-time with a 6-month commitment required, and paid training is provided for candidates without prior experience.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • RBT certification
  • Willingness to make a 6-month commitment

Desired Qualifications

  • Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
  • Experience in Education or early childhood development
  • Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
  • Experience in Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
  • Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
  • Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
  • Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
  • Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
  • Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
