Job Summary
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision while collecting and recording accurate session data. Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals for clients in a structured environment, maintaining positive rapport with families. Participate in ongoing training and professional development related to ABA and special education. This role involves working one-on-one with individuals to support communication, independence, and essential life skills. Candidates must pass a background check and hold current RBT certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current RBT Certification
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices
- Must pass a background check
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology
- Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques
- A background in special education, psychology, or a related field
