Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes and communities based on individualized treatment plans, helping children develop communication, social, and daily living skills. Implement evidence-based behavior intervention strategies under BCBA supervision while collecting accurate session data and building trusting relationships with clients and families. Collaborate with BCBA, administrative teams, and other members of the treatment group to support client progress. This role offers ongoing CEU and professional development opportunities, plus mileage and drive-time reimbursement, for those passionate about helping children discover their strengths and navigate growth.
Required Qualifications

- Able to follow individualized treatment plans and clinical direction
