Job Summary
Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement. Teach daily living and social skills while implementing therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress. Complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire. This role offers a base salary of $20.84–$22.11 with a 20% differential for evening or Saturday sessions. Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Comfort working with children
- The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check
- Social Security and identity verification
- Reference checks
- Criminal history check
- Fingerprint screening
- Completion of E-Verify
