Job Summary
Teach young children affected by autism essential skills like communication, sharing, and play through fun, play-based activities in natural environments such as homes, schools, or our centers. Work directly with children and families to foster joyous life changes, utilizing a web-enabled device for sessions. Maintain physical readiness to lift up to 50 lbs and assume various postures for extended periods while supporting families in their natural settings. This part-time role offers M-F availability with opportunities to gain RBT certification and advance toward BCBA credentials through in-house training and tuition assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Personal vehicle
- Web Enabled Device (laptop or tablet)
- M-F Availability
- Positive attitude
- Strong people skills
- Ability to lift or move approximately 50 lbs
- Ability to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
