Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one sessions with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder to collect data on skill acquisition and behavioral progress using digital iPads. Implement evidence-based treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts to reduce behavioral excesses and foster social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Communicate regularly with supervisors and team members to ensure optimal client outcomes. During downtime, perform janitorial tasks including sweeping, disinfecting, dishwashing, and stocking facilities. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with no evenings, weekends, or driving required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to use an Apple iPad daily
- Minimum of 16 hours per week availability
- Availability in four-hour blocks
- Availability within operating hours Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to pass fingerprinting
- Ability to provide required health clearances
- Ability to provide immunization documentation
- Proof of TB test clearance within the last 18 months
- Verification of MMR vaccination
- Verification of Varicella vaccination
Desired Qualifications
- College coursework in ABA, psychology, child development, or related fields
- Previous experience working with children
- Previous experience working with children with special needs
