Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy as an RBT, collecting behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions. Work with a collaborative team of professionals (including BCBAs) to help children with autism achieve positive outcomes. Maintain professionalism, communicate effectively, manage time efficiently, and use reliable transportation for on-the-road sessions. Flexible part-time schedule with choose-your-own-hours, midday availability, and a supportive environment with RBT training and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- RBT Certification (Required)
- RBT Training
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis or with children with autism
- In-home and community-based ABA therapy experience
- Personal transportation with reliable vehicle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and teamwork abilities
