Job Summary
Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings. Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities, facilitating teaching of communication, self-help, and social-skills goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst. Track client progress and program data while providing adequate feedback to the supervisor. Adhere to company policies, maintain confidentiality, and safeguard all patient-related information. Work part-time 12-4pm in Pana with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation and insurance
- Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
- Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
