Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other special needs using play, patience, and data-driven methods. Collect and record data on client behavior and progress, and help clients develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, social and emotional skills. Travel to client homes to provide support; bilingual (Spanish/English) ability strongly preferred and may qualify for premium pay. Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs
- Fluent in Spanish and English strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- Tech savviness - learn our data collection software and use basic office software
- Ability to provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
- Willingness to engage in ABA therapy and data collection workflows
- On-the-job training for RBT certification
