Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one support for children with autism spectrum disorder using play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills. Collect and record data on client behavior and progress while maintaining a safe, respectful environment. Assist with essential life skills including motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, and social-emotional development. Move quickly and get up and down off the floor frequently during sessions. Shifts available Monday through Friday between 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm. We offer $18.00-$24.00 hourly pay, paid RBT certification training, and a bonus opportunity based on experience. Required Qualifications
- Must have availability 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs

- Experience working as a nanny, paraprofessional, teacher, CNA, personal attendant, daycare, childcare, babysitter, caregiver, or aide
