Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, using play and data collection to teach real-life skills; collect and record client behavior progress; maintain a safe, respectful environment for clients and staff; support development of motor, daily living, personal hygiene, social and emotional skills; participate in on-the-job training for RBT certification; available for part-time shift options (various afternoon windows); bilingual ability (Spanish/English) strongly preferred; compensation includes premium pay for bilingual sessions and opportunities for certification reimbursement and career development.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs
- Fluent in Spanish and English strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- Able to make a difference using ABA therapy and data collection
- Ability to move to get up and down off the floor and move quickly
- Willingness to participate in on-the-job training and certification
- Interest in on-going training and professional development
- Bilingual in Spanish/English or another language (bonus)
