Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism using play and patience to teach real-life skills, collect and record data on client behavior and progress, and support development of motor, personal hygiene, daily living, and social-emotional skills. Must have 6+ months of experience with children or adults with special needs; bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred. Travel to client homes and other locations required; home-based visits and data collection software use expected. Paid RBT certification offered with on-the-job training; eligible for part-time shifts with various weekday hours. Eligible candidates may receive premium pay for bilingual sessions and bonuses, plus benefits including 401(k), PTO, mileage reimbursement, and career development opportunities. Fluency in Spanish and English is highly preferred; reliable transportation and a calm, energetic approach to working with kids are important. This role supports ABS Kids’ mission to create brighter futures for children with autism.
