Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, using play and structured activities to teach real-life skills. Assist with data collection and progress tracking, maintain a safe, respectful environment, and support children in developing life skills, motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, and social-emotional development. Must have 6+ months of experience with children or individuals with special needs; bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred; on-the-job paid training for RBT certification; part-time shifts with scheduling options; opportunities for certification bonuses, paid time off, 401(k) match, and continuing education. You will engage clients in sessions, document data, and travel to client homes as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs
- Fluent in Spanish and English strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- Willingness to learn and be trained on the job
- Ability to collect and record data on client behavior and progress
