Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, using play and patience to teach real-life skills and collect data on client behavior to track progress. Support development of essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social-emotional skills. Role includes traveling to client homes, maintaining a safe environment, and using data collection software. Entry-level to experienced RBTs welcome; paid RBT certification and on-the-job training available. Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs
- reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- ability to provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
- ability to collect and record data on client behavior and progress
- interest in ABA therapy and behavioral health
