Job Summary
Behavior Technician / RBT sought to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism, using play, patience, and ABA techniques to teach real-life skills. Responsibilities include collecting and recording data on client behavior and progress, maintaining a safe environment, and helping the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, social and emotional skills. The role offers bilingual premium pay for Spanish/English proficiency, paid RBT certification (on-the-job training available), and travel to client homes. Must have reliable transportation, be fluent in Spanish and English strongly preferred, and have 6+ months of experience with children or adults with special needs.
