Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA-based behavior therapy to children with autism using play and skill-building techniques; collect and record data on client behavior; maintain a safe, supportive environment; help develop life skills (motor, daily living, hygiene, social-emotional); travel to client homes as needed; on-the-job training leading toward RBT certification; bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred; flexible part-time shifts with daytime hours; opportunities for bonuses, certification pay increases, and career path growth.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs
