Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in client homes, using play and ABA techniques to teach real-life skills; collect and record data on client behavior and progress; maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff; requires 6+ months of experience with children or adults with special needs, or willingness to train; part-time shifts available (8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday); paid RBT certification training, on-the-job training, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) match and PTO; reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations; opportunities for growth, bonuses, and professional development.
