Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA-based behavioral support to children with autism using play and patience to teach real-life skills. Collect and record data on client behavior and progress, and help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, social and emotional skills. Position offers paid RBT certification, on-the-job training, and a bilingual premium for Spanish/English sessions. Shifts are part-time (various weekday windows) with opportunities for certification and career development; includes benefits such as paid time off, 401(k) match, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive, nationwide team. Fluency in Spanish and English is strongly preferred; reliable transportation to client homes and other locations is required.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with children (or adults) with special needs
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- Fluent in Spanish and English strongly preferred
- Tech savviness to learn data collection software
- Ability to work various part-time shifts (some evenings/weekends may be required)
- Willingness to be trained on the job for RBT certification
