Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism as a Behavior Technician/RBT. Responsibilities include using play and ABA techniques to teach real-life skills, collecting and recording data on client behavior and progress, ensuring a safe and respectful environment, and assisting with life skills development (motor, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, social and emotional skills). Paid RBT certification and on-the-job training available; bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred with premium pay up to $1/hour for bilingual-required sessions. Part-time shifts available (various 8:00am–7:00pm windows) with mileage reimbursement, 401(k) match, PTO, and career development opportunities. Prior experience with children or adults with special needs encouraged; travel to client homes and other locations required; must have reliable transportation and be tech-savvy with data collection software.
