Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with children with autism, teaching real-life skills like motor abilities, hygiene, and social behaviors through play and patience. Collect and record data on client progress while maintaining a safe, respectful environment. Provide essential support including potty training and daily living tasks, moving quickly and frequently off the floor. Work variable part-time shifts Monday through Friday between 8:00am-5:00pm and 3:00pm-7:00pm, earning $20-$25/hour with a bonus for bilingual Spanish/English speakers. We offer paid RBT certification, mileage reimbursement, and a clear career path with promotions and continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- Tech savviness - learn our data collection software and use basic office software
- Must have one of these availabilities, Monday – Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm, or 9:00am-6:00pm, or 12:00pm-7:00pm, or 3:00pm-7:00pm
