Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one support for clients with autism spectrum disorder using play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills including motor, personal hygiene, and social abilities. Collect and record data on client behavior and progress while maintaining a safe, respectful environment. Get up and down off the floor often and move quickly to assist with daily living tasks like potty training. Work variable part-time shifts between 9:00am and 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, earning $18.00 to $24.00 per hour with a bonus opportunity based on experience. We provide paid RBT certification training, paid time off, and drive time reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Must have availability 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs

- Have ever worked as a nanny, paraprofessional, teacher, CNA, personal attendant, daycare, childcare, babysitter, caregiver, or aide
